Signing In to Nektur AI

Steps

1. Open app.nektur.ai/login (or your local app login URL).
2. Enter the email and password for your account.
3. If your organization or account requires an authenticator challenge, complete that step when prompted.

Forgot password

1. Open Forgot password.
2. Submit the email on the account.
3. Use the reset link from email to set a new password on Reset password.

Troubleshooting

• Confirm you are on the customer app host, not the marketing site alone.
• After signup, finish email confirmation if the provider requires it.
• If you belong to multiple organizations, sign in first, then switch organizations from the header.
