Creating Your Nektur AI Account

Before you begin

You need an email address you can access. Some environments require email confirmation before the first sign-in.

Steps

1. Open the customer app and choose Sign up (from app.nektur.ai/signup in production).
2. Enter your name, organization name, email, and a password of at least 8 characters.
3. Submit the form. If the auth provider asks you to confirm email, complete that step, then sign in.
4. The organization you create becomes your first workspace for domains, scans, consent, requests, and policies.

Expected results

You can sign in and reach the workspace Overview. If the account still needs a workspace, the app routes you through signup completion.

Important considerations

Invites from an existing organization use a separate invite link. Accepting an invite joins that organization instead of creating a new one.
