Staff record a note and mark identity Verified or Failed. That mark is a staff decision.
Assistive email challenge
Where enabled, the workspace can send an email challenge to help staff confirm the requester controls an address. Completing that challenge still does not replace a staff verification decision, and it is not government-ID proof.
Important
Nektur does not, by itself, cryptographically prove government ID authenticity or account ownership solely because the word verified is stored. Treat identity as an operational workflow your team owns.
Ask Nek can outline steps but cannot mark identity verified or failed.
