Creating Privacy Request Intake Forms

Steps

1. Open Forms.
2. Create a form and select the request types you support (for example Access, Delete, Correction, Do not sell or share).
3. Publish the public URL for your organization (and form slug when used).
4. Test submission and confirm the item appears in Request Queue.

Internal staff can also create requests from the workspace when that path is available.
