Understanding AI Credits and Add-Ons
Credit packs, websites, seats, and other sellable add-ons.
Last updated 2026-10-31
From Billing / add-ons, administrators can purchase catalog add-ons when sellable, such as AI credit packs, additional websites, banner view packs, team seat packs, and related items shown in-product.
Included credits are consumed before purchased credits. Purchased credit retention follows catalog rules (including time-bounded purchased balances).
Add-ons that are not marked sellable (for example some SSO options) will not complete checkout.
