Understanding AI Credits and Settings
Plan credits, purchased credits, and AI Settings toggles.

Administrators open AI Settings to enable or disable capabilities such as Ask Nek, scan analysis, remediation text, policy generation assistance, DSAR assistance, report summaries, and banner translation.
AI usage consumes AI credits according to the billing catalog (included plan credits first, then purchased packs with stated retention rules). Exact weights differ by operation (for example questions vs policy drafts).
Model names, token prices, and prompts are not customer-selectable on that page.
