Steps
- Open Users as an Admin.
- Invite teammates by email.
- Assign Admin or Agent.
Admins can manage AI Settings and Billing. Agents use operational tools but those admin pages redirect them to Overview.
SSO/SAML is not a released customer self-serve feature in the current catalog.
